I love love love avocados.
Containing approx 20 different vitamins and minerals (including more potassium than bananas), Monounsaturated Fatty acids similar to those in olive oil, beneficial fibre and antioxidants, what's not to love?
I try to eat 1/4 of a large avocado or a 1/2 of a small avocado in a salad or my morning smoothie every day
If you haven’t tried avocado in a smoothie - DO IT! it makes your smoothie incredibly creamy!
