I'm Lisa Scarfo —

I began my journey in science — studying Anatomy & Physiology, expecting to head into research. But as I finished my first degree, I discovered naturopathy and was immediately captivated by how its tools work with the body's own healing intelligence rather than overriding it. I pivoted, completed my Advanced Diploma in Naturopathic Medicine, and never looked back. I also carry a family history of heart disease, high cholesterol, diabetes, and low thyroid function — all conditions rooted in metabolic dysfunction — so I've always known this was an area of my own health I'd need to take seriously.

After having my two children, the pregnancy weight simply wouldn't shift. I used every tool in my naturopathic toolkit — herbal medicine, nutritional support, lifestyle changes.
