Start with 3 big spoons of either Greek or coconut yoghurt, a small handful of nuts, 2 spoons of shredded coconut, 1 teaspoon chia seeds, 2 spoons of sunflower seeds or pepitas (or a mix of both), a small handful frozen raspberries. Mix well, then I topped it with a few blackberries, pepitas and a sprinkle of coconut. Enjoy!
