Simone Thomas 29 November 2019 Recipe Foodie Friday: 7 veg San Choy Bau Simone Thomas 29 November 2019 Recipe #foodiefriday 7 veg San Choy Bau - I use turkey mince as the base (its much leaner than pork) cooked with leek, garlic, ginger, mushrooms, spinach and seasoned with tamari. I serve it in Cos lettuce leaves and add heavy garnishes of capsicum, cucumber, carrots and coriander. Definitely a family favourite 😀
